“Master Klass” holds a children’s programme at the IWCK Tea Dance Event

On Saturday 20th March, the annual IWCK (International Women’s Club of Kyiv) tea dance event took place and within the framework of this event the Cultural and Educational Centre “Master Klass” held a special programme for children.
While the mums were showing off their beautiful dresses at the ball (which, by the way, was held in the style of English tea dance events of the 20’s and 30’s), the children took the opportunity to prepare a surprise for them – an original mask, a handicraft, an application work and, they even managed to shoot a mini-film! Despite the fact that many children could not speak Russian, there was no time for them to be bored with our masters as all the participants sang songs, danced, played games and watched cartoons!
The programmes were organized by the Theatre and Art Workshops.
The IWCK Tea Dance was held in the Ballroom of one of Kyiv’s leading hotels. Over 200 foreign and Ukrainian guests took part and among them were ambassadors of foreign countries, representatives of the diplomatic corps, international social organizations, international business and the business elite of Ukraine. The event programme consisted of a dance master class by Fidelio Dance Studio, a pairs dance contest between the guests to the event, a jazz trio performance, a cocktail party in the style of English tea dance events of the ’20s and ’30s, an auction and a lottery.
