"Days of Chopin" are going to take place in the Culture and Education Centre "Master Klass''

To mark the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Polish pianist and composer Frederic Chopin, from the 1rd to the 6th of March ‘Master Klass’ is going to hold a series of events entitled ‘Days of Chopin’. On 1rd March, the programme will open with a piano concert compiled of the composer’s works which will also be performed in a jazz version by Ukrainian musicians. On 3rd and 4rd March ‘Master Klass’ cinema club will show the films "Impromtu" (UK/France, 1991) and ‘A Song to Remember’ (USA, 1944), which tells the story of Chopin’s destiny and his love affair with the famous French writer George Sand. The programme will end at 6th of March with a concert called ‘Children’s Chopiniana’, at which the music of the great composer will be performed for children.
