Storyline:

The Institute of Psychiatry gets a new director, a well-known scholar Edwards. An employee of the Institute Constance Petersen takes not only a professional interest in him, but they get involved into a stormy love affair.
But the young professor begins to behave very strangely, and soon Constance discovers that her lover is not who he claims to be - he is an impostor suffering from amnesia. His real name is John Ballantyne, and everything indicates that he was a patient of the missing Dr. Edwards, and that he may be the murderer.

The film is screened in English with English subtitles.
